This membership gives you access to professionally programmed coach-led small group sessions designed to build strength, improve movement, and support long-term consistency. Each workout is structured and guided — you’ll move at your own pace while receiving coaching support, technique feedback, and exercise modifications when needed.

I personally coach the 12:00 PM session Monday–Friday.
